  • Styled picnic for 2 to 4 people
  • Rental: 2 hours to 3 hours
  • Table setup includes upgraded floral arrangement, plates, linen, napkins, silverware, glassware, candles, decorative pillows and throws for seating.
  • Complimentary sparkling water, lemonade or sparkling apple cider.

* Flower crowns, charcuterie boards, chocolate covered strawberries, s’mores or any other special request can be available upon request for extra charge.*

FAQ

What happens after we book?

Once we have you all confirmed, we’ll set up your picnic of choice at your preferred location and chosen time. We will call or text you 30 mins before your start time to let you know where our exact location is and wait for you to arrive to ensure your set up is not affected by others.

We will arrive at the end of your event to breakdown and pack up, leaving you to go enjoy the rest of your day!

What if I’m late or need to leave early?

We’re here to make your day easier, so we hope you can respect our time as well and do your best to arrive at your start time. We are unable to leave until you arrive, so please make sure to plan out your arrival. We understand that anything can happen, so please give us a notice if you are running late, but we are unable to extend your time as we may have other events to tend to after. If you need to leave early, please give us at least a 30 min notice by call or text. You are responsible for all items until we get back to the site.

Do you provide food & beverages?

At this time we only offer a complimentary sparking cider for the Deluxe package (only) and partner with some vendors for charcuterie and sweet treats. We can always recommend vendors that we work closely with to provide food.

You are more than welcome to bring your own food and beverages as we have the table settings ready for you! The only thing that we ask is that you take away everything that you brought with you and we’ll take care of the clean up of our rentals.

How do I secure my booking and are there other fees?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due a week before your picnic date. If your reservation is booked in less than a week of your event date then remaining balance is either due day of booking or 48 hours before the event, dependent on event date.

We also require a refundable $50 damage deposit that will be charged to your remaining balance prior to your event date. This will be refunded within 24 hours of your event after we thoroughly inspect our items for any damages.

For payment, we accept Venmo and Zelle.

COVID-19
For your safety and ours, Orange Door Events promises to go beyond best practices and keep you informed how we conduct our operations. 
 
Dishware, Flatware and Glassware: We wash these items with detergent at high temperature. 
 
Linens: Our linens are washed twice with a detergent at high heat. They are immediately hung and enclosed in a protective storage area. Linens are enclosed in plastic for transport and delivery. Table runners are sent to professional dry cleaners after each use. 
 
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): We use masks and gloves when we wash, pack and transport items. All our staff have been COVID vaccinated. 
 
Delivery: We maintain 6 feet dance when you are greeted at the location.
